With Christmas approaching around the corner, we possibly couldn’t have gone ahead without bringing a Christmas market to board. The Christmas Market was held at the center on 3rd December, 2015. The market indeed proved to be a one stop destination for all the Christmas shopping. Whether you were looking for a trinket to fit in your stocking or a little something extravagant, the market offered it all. From Christmas greeting cards, postcards, home décor, jewelry and accessories, homemade tea jars, souvenirs to take back home, fancy stationery, infant and toddler clothing, the market was a beautiful cacophony of buzz and color. The highlight was the stall set up by Aikwangwon Disabled Home, where handicrafts made by the children of the shelter were put to sale to raise funds for them.
A fun filled afternoon of chatter, pleasure and of course shopping, the Christmas Market was a great start to the holiday season! Hats off to the volunteers who helped set up the event, the enthusiastic participants who set up the stalls and of course to our Geoje shoppers, who made the market a great place to be.
