Wednesday evening Vinyasa yoga classes focused on the breath. Includes creative flowing sequences, hands-on assists, and always ends with deep relaxation. Providing a nurturing space to practice thoughtful and reflective yoga, to promote physical and mental well-being.
Class fee: 5,000 won per person, per session (all proceeds will be donated to GIC)
*Don’t forget to bring your own yoga mat. I only have a couple of spare mats, so if you need to borrow one, please let me know ahead of time.
