

Tai –chi
Tai chi, an ancient Chinese art, traditionally used for self defense, has now evolved into a graceful form of exercise. It is now used for stress reduction and several other health conditions. So if you want to beat those blues, GIC offers to you weekly class of Tai –chi to revitalize your mind and body.
Tai chi is a corporal and energetic art that allows you to find your vital energy, the chi. Tai chi uses several different forms of exercise, each subtly emphasizing the underlying principles. Tai chi is low impact and puts minimal stress on muscles and joints, making it generally safe for all ages and fitness levels.
Class instructor – Tai chi at GIC is taught by Natacha Olejnik. She has been learnt the art of tai chi in France and has been practicing it from the past 12 years. Before moving to Korea, she was teaching tai chi in Marseilles.
Rules for the class – The tai chi class focuses on helping you connect with your inner energy. No special requirements are needed for the class. You can be dressed in your normal workout wear or clothing that keeps you comfortable.
